General Questions

Single-Day Delays: Service shifts one day later through the end of the week.

Multiple-Day Delays: Suspended services resume on the following week’s regular collection day. Additional bags of trash or waste will be collected at no extra charge.

Roll-Off Questions

We offer 10, 15, 20, & 30 yard containers.

Please keep your waste below the container’s rim. A $75 fee will apply for overfilled containers.

10 & 15 Yard Containers: 7 Days

20 & 30 Yard Containers: 14 Days

We do offer a 14 day and 30-day rental extensions for all containers, subject to an additional fee.

Yes, we prefer the driving surface to be able to support the weight of our trucks and containers filled with waste.

Yes, our containers are available for residential use.

Septic Questions

We do not repair septic systems. We refer our clients to either Mr. Rooter Plumbing or Alford Plumbing.

The pumping of your tank and a visual inspection to ensure your system is operating properly.

Your payment will be due after the service is complete. We accept cash, check, or card.

We do not service or inspect field lines.

Our technicians will dig a maximum of 1.5 feet.

Yes, we will install risers. You will be given an estimate when our technicians arrive to inspect your system.

Residential Trash Questions

Place your cart(s) at the curb the night before your collection day. Ensure all trash is contained within the cart with the lid securely closed.

Position cart(s) 2 feet from the curb and maintain a 3-foot clearance between carts.

If you have extra trash, please call us (931) 551-9835 the day prior to your collection day to make arrangements. Should you consistently have extra waste, we do offer additional 96-gallon carts for $12 per month or $42 quarterly.

You are liable for any loss or damage beyond normal use, with a $100 replacement fee. Please contact our office (931) 551-9835 if your cart needs replaced.

If you have bulky items that need to be disposed of, please call us at (931) 551-9835.

Secure carts to prevent spillage and remove carts from the street by day’s end if unsafe conditions arise.

A $50 cart recovery fee may apply for service termination. To cancel, contact us at (931) 551-9835.

Commercial Waste Questions

We are available to collect your waste Monday through Friday.

We can collect your waste 1 to 6 times per week.

We offer 2, 4, 6, & 8 yard front load dumpsters.

Portable Toilet Questions

We offer standard construction, event, and handicap accessible toilets.

Yes, you can either use the online request form or call us at (931) 551-9835.

We currently do not offer portable restroom trailers.

Normally, 1 – 7 Days, but this can be extended based on inventory.

Once a week is included in the monthly rate. If you need two or more cleanings per week an additional fee will be added to your monthly rate.

Any additional cleanings will be $25 per request. 

You will be charged a toilet replacement fee.
